Terms of Service
My T.O.S is subject to change at any time and generally without public notice. I do try to keep those in my Discord up to date with changes, but it is your job to make sure you are up to date on the T.O.S here.Breaking my T.O.S may result in being blacklisted. I reserve the right to blacklist anyone without explanation, though I generally do try to give one depending on the reason.
By Purchasing Artwork or Designs from me you agree to my T.O.S Automatically.
General T.O.S
↬ My turnaround is anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 months
↬ If you have a deadline for a commission or custom please inform me beforehand. I am capable of working on a timeline but I need ample warning and a specified date to do so
↬ I reserve the right to turn down any Commission for any reason without explanation, though I do often give one
↬ I struggle massively with majorly Neon, Dark, and Pastel character designs and colors due to migraines caused by poor vision. Due to this I generally charge +15% when including or working with said colors
↬ You must be 16+ to commission me
↬ Do not edit my artwork after it is finalized. You can find more specified details in {#section08} regarding my artwork and {#section09} regarding my customs and designs
↬ You may repost artwork that you have of characters you own done by me with the proper credit. My username on any platform is almost always King of Clouds/Kingsley or a variation of one of them. If you are unsure whether I am on said platform please credit my Toyhou.se or ask for my handle on said platform
↬ I do not tolerate bigotry/hate/harassment of any kind. I reserve the right to blacklist anyone for personal or professional grievances.
Blacklist
Reminder that you are responsible for keeping yourself up to date on my Blacklist and Terms of service, tho I do regularly make announcements regarding updates in my Discord server. It is also linked in my Global Rules on every design I have made on toyhou.seAny breach of the rules stated here will result in an immediate blacklist.
⭒ The people on this list may not receive my designs in Any Capacity Whether directly or through trade
⭒ The people on this list may not have art commissioned on their behalf or gifted to them. If I am to find out a character I was commissioned to draw belongs to someone on this list, it will result in an immediate blacklist
⭒ I will automatically break any TBDs with someone once added to this list without warning or consultation
⭒ Users with Italicized names are grey listed and have the possibility of being removed in the future
⭒ Users that are greylisted may own my designs only through recieving them in trade of gifting, I will not work with them directly in any capacity. Nor will I do commissions for them or of their characters. See above for more details

Art Terms of Service
↬ My art process goes through 4 main steps; Sketch, Lineart, Flats, Final Touches
↬ If your character reference is not fully accurate please inform me! Small changes are manageable on my part, but waiting on a full redesign or requesting large changes on my end will result in my requesting another character for the artwork.
↬ I allow requested changes to posing, attire, and color choices up until the next stage has begun. Example; You have until I have started the lineart to request a posing changes and until I have begun shading or touchups to request color changes.
↬ I will not change a pose, attire, or character after the sketch has been confirmed and Lineart has begun.
↬ I do not merge layers on the final product, so if something in the final product is incorrect please inform me! I am more than happy to make edits if I have made a mistake!
↬ Please try to keep up on responses about the work in progress! It is difficult to move on with working on an item if communication is faulty.
↬ If you wish to use my artwork/designs for commercial purposes after initial payment, please contact me beforehand and we can discuss the payment. My work is NOT to be used commercially without EXPLICIT Permission or Payment.
↬ I reserve the right to use any and all artwork and designs I have created to promote myself and my business.
Custom Terms of Service
↬ Please try to keep my designs for at least 2 weeks before selling/trading/gifting it
↬ You may not sell a design for more than purchased without the addition of extra art, be it personal or commissioned. Doing so will result in being Blacklisted
↬ You may redesign a design as much as you'd like, however please inform me if you intend to fully overhaul a design. DO NOT remove my credit from the design no matter how drastic the redesign
↬ You cannot push your T.O.S onto my designs. T.B.Ds DO NOT apply to this rule
↬ DO NOT trade/sell/gift my designs to anyone on my Blacklist. This will result in being Blacklisted yourself
↬ DO NOT attempt to obtain my designs for anyone on my Blacklist. This will result in being Blacklisted yourself
↬ Please credit all designs made by me to Kinglsey on Toyhou.se
Payment Information
↬ I Accept Payment Via Cashapp, Kofi, and Paypal. These Payment options are ordered in accordance to preference and accesability
↬ I only accept USD. Any payment sent that is incorrectly converted will be refunded and asked to be resent in the correct conversion to match my prices as listed in USD
↬ I require payment upfront before any work commences. First time commissioners may request to pay half upfront and half upon completion of the sketch
↬ Please do not send me any payment until I have confirmed the acceptance of your offer
↬ Commission/Custom slots are not finalized or held until payment has been given in Full
↬ I do accept holds on commission/custom slots for up to 3 Days for frequent customers and mutuals, after which you will be informed the slot will be reopening if payment is not sent within 24 hours
↬ Payment is required 24 hours after confirmation of commission/custom
↬ Refunds are given upon request! If I cannot provide a refund immediately I will provide one in at maximum 2 months time.
↬ A full refund is only available if the sketch has not yet been finalized. Important Note; Should the sketch for the item be finalized you are able to receive a 40% refund or wait until the commission has been fully finished. If the coloring process has been started I will not offer a refund except for very specific circumstances, however you can still cancel your commission should you wish
↬ Should I need to cancel a commission in any stage of progress you will receive a full refund. If a refund is refused the commission will be cancelled and no reimbursement will be given. The option of using a partially finished design is a possibility, however the use of unfinished standard artwork is not
↬ Attempting or going through with a chargeback through Paypal to receive a refund will result in an immediate blacklist and being blocked
↬ If a commission is time sensitive and I have not been given ample warning I do offer a Rush Fee depending on the time frame in which the commission needs to be completed, assuming it is before the 2 week minimum wait time. Important Note; Should the commission not be finished before the given deadline you will be refunded the fee charged for the rush
